Juan Quintero is a professional footballer from Colombia who currently plays as an attacking midfielder for River Plate and the Colombia national team. He was born on January 18, 1993 in Medellin, Colombia. Quintero started his career at the youth academy of Envigado before moving to Atletico Nacional and then to FC Porto in Portugal.
He has also had loan spells at other clubs including Rennes in France, Independiente Medellin in Colombia, and River Plate in Argentina, where he helped the team win the Copa Libertadores in 2018. Quintero is known for his playmaking abilities, vision, and ability to score from long range.
